The day before your tour date

You'll receive a confirmation email about the meeting time, full details and directions of the meeting place after your booking. Our tour guide will call your hotel or message you to double confirm tour details one day before your tour date for the next day's experience. Please arrive at the meeting point ON TIME according to the meeting time and location notified by the tour guide.

9:00 - 10:30 AMWalk Through The Street For Breakfast

The tour will start at 9:00AM at Fuchengmen Subway Station. Firstly, we will explore local streets by foot as we try a lot of different dishes that make breakfast the most important meal of the day in China! Try Beijing's best iconic breakfast staples prepared fresh to order like local yogurt, steamed buns and fried dough sticks in the hidden Hotongs and watch the locals how to prepare them.

You can test your adventurous side with Beijing's most popular breakfast dish: fermented soy milk (called Douzhier). This knid of drink is basically unacceptable to anyone except Beijingers due to its unique taste.

Walk through a residential hutong neighborhood, past temples and markets, and see how the locals live while eating shoulder to shoulder with families who have been enjoying it for generations. Your English-speaking tour guide will tell you some stories of the quaint neighborhoods and streets of Old-Beijing. Enjoy a cup of fragrant coffee and get a temple-side rooftop view from a novel coffee shop hidden in the hutong neighborhood.

What if I want to make a last-minute booking?

In order to making sure we have enough time to arrange your trip and make sure the availability we usually require customer make their booking at least 24 hours in advance and that's why you can not book directly on-line for a 24-hour last-minute booking.
